From first login to a maintained passport

Exact steps depend on your housing provider’s rollout. This is the typical resident journey reflected in the app today.

  1. Join with provider context

    Create an account from your provider’s invite or use your property and provider codes so your passport attaches to the right organisation and unit.

  2. Complete your home profile

    Confirm address fragments, unit name, property type, and tenancy-oriented fields so downstream reporting stays accurate.

  3. Explore your passport

    Review EPC-oriented context, installed measures, certificates, and savings estimates tied to your retrofit story.

  4. Operate day to day

    Use Energy for costs and trends, Care for maintenance and damp or defects, and optional Health journaling if your plan includes it.

  5. Stay current

    Respond to reminders, import additional measures from CSV if offered, and use passport transfer when you move to carry structured context forward.
